This piece is tongue in cheek and was inspired by a friend and mentor. A seasoned Spiritual Companion and awesome human. She noticed the less she said, the better. She jokingly said she prayed to the patron saint of spiritual directors - Saint Fu. (ST. FU. Shut. The. Fu*k. Up).

Here she is.

In all of her fierceness.

Threatening to cut out your tongue.

Silence is golden.

Your mouth

Impenetrable wall

Speak and I shall cut out your tongue.
