Graduation Spiral 2020

written 7/20/20

Fast Forward to 2020 graduation. This graduation held virtually. Many of us sad not to be holding this ceremony in person.

I cut another spiral - commencing a thank you gift to my mentor of the last four years.

This time the spiral must remain whole.

The paper flopped around in various forms on my desk. Always not quite right. Not really resonating with what I wanted to express.

Finally it froze.

Chaos and consistency. Clarity and confusion.

God’s Plan.

A magnificent mess

but put back together

lain to rest.
